Yes! Lots!! I looked into this a short while ago, but it changes all the time. If you are still interested, look at http://www.simonandalison.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2. It's only a short summary but at least is a place from which to start.

There are many on the market and it will no doubt depend on your requirements and budget (of course!). What functionality are you looking for in your CM solution?

Yes, www.ncontracts.com.  Network Contract Solutions offers an innovative web-based service, called Ncontracts™ that provides businesses with a Contract Management System.  We help businesses save money and time by proactively managing key dates and terms of their supplier/vendor contracts.  We are a turn-key solution.  What makes Ncontracts™ unique is our human element - we have a team of paralegals who carefully uploads and summarizes each contract.  Then, a second team of paralegals reviews the information for accuracy.  In addition, Ncontracts™ includes features such as custom email notifications for key dates, a record retention tool, and various reports.  Ncontracts™ is easily customizable and very affordable. We are making a real difference for our clients and we can make a real difference for you.  We have a brief video at http://www.ncontracts.com/solutions.asp, which gives a great overview of what we do.  For more information, go to www.contracts.com or call me at 888-370-5552 ext. 7383.

Using Contracked™ is cutting costs, controlling risks and increasing contract value. It's not rocket science but just common sense. www.contracked.com

There is a good solution that has been developed by a US Company, Advanced Contractor Cost Management (ACCM). The solution was developed in SAP Netweaver (Webdynpro) and focus's on the capturing/managing of the services provided and associated costs.
It integrates into the SAP Services Procurement process after the issue of the Purchase Order and allows the Vendor to submit the services performed (from the Contract or PO) through the Clients SAP Portal or Company website for approval and then electronically submit a Payment Request based on approved entries. It utilises the SAP Workflow functionality for approvals and the ERS functionality for payment.
It solution takes the data entry part of the process away from the Company, gives great real time cost capture and visibility and removes the problems associated with invoice mismatches. It also has some excellent reporting built in around PO usage, potential overspends and Vendor performance.
It has been shown to save a company between 5 and 10% of their services spend.
The companies website link is below.

I was poundring. What does "good" CM software means?

  • Does it need to deploy easy?
  • Does it need to be well designed?
  • Does it need to be inexpensive?
  • Does it need to have a quick and easy Return on Investment?
  • Does it cut costs?
  • Does it need to be easy adopted by all users?
  • Do you need training for that?
  • Do you need to have IT knowledge/experience?
  • Does it need to be guarded 24/7 but still authorized accessible wherever you are?
  • Does it need to help you getting control over all your agreements, liabilities and obligations
  • Can you do it without change management?
  • Do you want desirable contracts being renewed on time........
  • ......and unwanted contracts are terminated immediately upon expiry?
  • Can you do it without change management?

Well...what can I say: Contracked™ (http://www.contracked.com)  is elegant, ease of use and web-based. Nothing to download, to install or to configure. No IT Department needed, up and running in within 60 seconds, No consultancy needed. All you need is a web browser and an Internet connection.

Enjoy being in business.

Ncontracts is a secure, web-based, turn-key solution that provides our clients with a great ROI.  Our expert paralegals have extensive experience deciphering and summarizing complex contracts for our clients.  Our full implementation only takes 60 days and then we turn the "keys" over to our clients who then have complete control over their information.  Our clients can rest easy knowing that the data in Ncontracts has integrity and is immediately useful.  After the initial implementation, our clients can add new contracts and amendments themselves, or they can continue to use our monthly processing services.  www.ncontracts.com

In addition to Ncontracts, check out Ncontracts FI for financial institutions & Ncontracts MED for the medical industry.    www.ncontracts.com

Why investing in complex, expensive software?

Basically most Contract Management Solutions in the market place will do the job. For those sales guys who might tell their prospects that theit Contract Management Solution is a significant different.....it's not true. Is all about tracking and tracing, reminders, renewals, cutting costs, more visibility and last but not least a central repository. But then the questions could look like:
Why do customers want to start with Contracked?
What makes Contracked different if Contracked tells everyone that it does what is needs to do, just like most of all other Contract Management solutions?
Why is Contracked's business booming?

The answer to those questions is simple. No training, No difficult deployment, No Setup Costs, No long term contracts, a 30 day free trial so you can figure out yourself, No huge Investment, a 30 day return on investment....(yes you could earn money in the free trial period, you wouldn't be the first) and of course: ease of use in managing the most complex contracts cross multiple locations with multi stake holders....and ease of use in just handling the contract end date if you want to make life just a bit easier!

Test it yourself go to http://www.contracked.com or ask for the demo http://www.contracked.com/demo.html

Regards
