Hi Heather,
I'm on the same page. I would like to call it unbelievable that you need to add services to your software solution based upon your clients contracts. You might argue that they knew what they have signed, but it is reality. You are right about that.
Nevertheless, we believe that we should not be part of the contract content as Microsoft should not be part of the letters I write in MSWord. Our company,
www.contracked.com, is founded for the "manage you contracts" reason so you might call us a competitor. The differentiator is that we provide our customers with an easy to use On Demand Solution (Contracked™) so company adoption is a no brainer. That's were the success starts. Our Customers are able to review (autorised) the content they want to review, anywhere, anytime. They can share the content with their legal advisor (or with any other professional like HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, etc) but they need to be in control, not the third parties. By the end of the day you and I archieve the same results: Managing Contracts. We just have a different models. Using Contracked™ is cutting costs, controlling risks, increasing contract value and be compliant, just with a simple click against no-brainer pricing.
